Hey folks,

I have a site at retroradar.com that I really need to drive traffic. It is an onlinge magazine with a bunch of really good content. I have most of it runing in a Typo3 CMS, which I really like.

The previous site we had is atomicmag.com. This was a print and online mag. Again great content to work with.

I also have 20+ domains that really have very little topical relation to these otheres, but my questions is... Would it be a good idea to dupe all of the content onto the other 20+ domian with the links pointing back to retroradar.com? I really don't want the current audience of these extra domains to get to this duped content very easily, so if I do dupe the content, what is the best way to not make it too obvious that the link to the duped content is there. I don't want to try some of the tricks like setting the font color the same as the background and the other trick that the SE's already check for.

Anyway, as always, I appreciate you wisdom.

Not now you've announced your plans to any SE reps that might be reading here, no :)

I wouldn't do it in the first place. Even when the duplicate content links back to the original, it can still suffer punishment. Duplicate content is one of the things Google is being overly aggressive about right now - I'd hold off.

In short, no it would not for obvious reasons.
