Hi all,

I post here today because it's been two days now that i'm not able to login to my adsense account, to verify my stats and for the rest.

The thing is that i'm starting to fear that google has cancelled my account, for a reason I can't understand. When I try to loign it gets me right to the noaccount page, as if I never subscribed to the service, my adwords account still works though.

Do you think that google could have cancelled my adsense account without 1) giving me a notice 2) giving me a confirmation or some email that my acount as been cancelled 3) and the google ads are still showing
on all my sites.

Clearly my question is: if my account had been cancelled by google for some reason, should I expect to receive an email explaining why or notifying me about the reasons...

Cause up to now I didint receive anything fromm google, so I still think it might be technical problems with the servers?

What do you guys think??

Thanks for the answers

patchak, I've been in and out so it isn't a technical problem on their end as far as I can see. You might want to try writing to adsense-support@google.com and ask what the situation is, or else I believe there is a form to fill out on the site without having to be logged in.

Hi there,

Marcia thanks for the answer, I wrote to google and still havent received any answer from them, but I'm really worried about that, especially if you say nothing's wrong with your account or with the google servers....

But still, don't you think google would send any kind of message saying that the account is cancelld or terminated or suspended for some reason??

If I did not receive any email about that do you think I still have some hope about all thatthing?? (the thing I dont see why my account would be suspended, but still....

Thanks,
Alex

I don't blame you Alex, it must be upsetting to be in such suspense. But give it a bit of time, it's the weekend and there may just be limited support other than week-days.

I think Google has had some technical difficulties over the weekend - I know that I tried to log in to Adwords several times on Saturday afternoon (Sydney Australia time), and got an error message informing me that Adwords was experiencing difficulties........

Marcia,

Thanks again for the answer, but still do you know if google normally sends a cancellation message when it closes an account?

Hey patchak

Try logging in like this where your login is usually text@domain.tld try text+client@domain.tld (thats the word 'client' )

I had a similar problem a few days back whereby it said something like no account for that username, I scouted around and found a suggestion in a thread along the lines of 'adsense wont let me login' or words to that effect. Cant quite recall where, i think it may have been at WMW.

ho yeah, that simple suggestion to add the client after the username well...

IT WORKED!

Oh my god i'm so releived, I was so scared my account was banned for some reason!!!!! :D Thanks all for your help, this forum is great!
