There are many ways to get back links but if you want to get backlinks quickly then you can do forums posting and others are

1.Article Submission
2.Directory Submission
3.Blog Commenting
4.Press release etc....

These are the best way to get higher back links and then you can get good traffic for your website and then visitors on your website So the best way is Forums posting but other are also here to improve your web page.

1. Write and submit articles. Put your website URL in a resource box and hyperlink it back to your home page using a targeted keyword phrase.
2. Directory Submissions. Use a good Directory Submission Service just one time. This will cause hundreds of Unique IP's to point to your site.
3. Press Releases. Write up a Press Release and use your primary keyword in your Anchor Text. This will create another entirely new set of IP Addresses to link back to you. We've used PR Web for our retail stores. Every time we've submitted a Press Release we've made back what we spent in direct sales, which made the Press Release free.
