Is the sandbox effect gone?
Is having a 10 year old site/domain no longer an advantage in comparison to having a 6 months old site/domain?
Can a 2 months old site, with a good link building campaign...knock a 10 year old site off the no.1 spot (if that site doesn't have good links)?
Or is the "age of links" factor still very important? (still not sure, what the theory behind this is..are links truly like wine?and get better as they age...)?
Sorry for a bunch of questions, but I cant believe I heard about dozens of features that might have an effect in the SERPs mostly in the future, but nowhere read that the renowned sandbox effect was supposedly dead.
