The keyword tool now mentions a "New Nostradamo Backend" and gives the link below (which is invalid.) Anybody know what this is?

No really, what I find most amazing is that ALL sub-domains with Google.com do not automatically default to somewhere at Google.com.
Why does it default to your local ISP?
