As I have seen lots of contextual advertising program, is Google adword still the best?

Based upon the feedback from a number of users trying a number of contextual platforms; Kanoodle seems to be one of the strongest and has, for some industries, rivalled Overture and Google.

I have heard good things about quigo but cannot personally vouch for them. They have organized publishers into categories which allows advertisers to target visitors to specific types of websites only.

I try one network called clicksor recently (because they give me $10 bonus).
I can't say it is better than google. But the click rate is really good and bring some traffic to my website. I think it allows me to select category and keyword at the same time and target rigth viewer.
However, ROI is not pretty good.
