My site got Banned in Google

Hey guys,

I have on travel website for which i was doing SEO i was doing reciprocal linking but suddenly my site is not visible for any of my keywords, i dont know what happened does anybody has some idea regarding this............

Over doing link exchanges can result in these forms. Check for those RL sites in detail and remove them if any related to bad neighborhood and as well if you have configured with Google Webmaster tools then look for information there.

How positive it got banned? How old is the site, and how many pages are indexed by the site? How many exchanges did you do?
