Language suggestion when setting geo-targeting?

Maybe this is old news, but has anyone seen a new message under the Locations, Languages, and Demographics section of campaign settings that says:

Based on your targeted locations, you may want to target pages that use these interface languages:

* English
* French
* German
* Japanese
* Spanish

I changed geo-targeted from state to metro level on a campaign and I think that's the first time I've seen this and I find it interesting.

the language drill down in regions has been around - but the languages are being added as they are tested etc.

also a good indication of Google finding languages being used in those areas

That is just an option provided by Google to select a language..i have seen on my campaigns page
