Till when I will keep rewriting my website content to keep it unique on the web? How can I prevent duplicity on my website?

Is there any solution to this?

Please reply if someone knows about it.

I dont think you need to change the content if you know your content is original. Because the one that will be using your content will have to face its consequences if your content has been indexed by google.

What if they are new comers in the industry and their site is new to Google?

If they are new comers than they will be accused of plagiarism and it wont have any impact on your search engine rankings. But i don't think any new comer will get on top of search engine rankings as you are telling.

depends on who is working it and if they get that magic handful of links that can make them prominent - such as .edu or ,gov etc.
