Hi

I have been running Adwords Campaigns for months now and suddenly today all my campaigns abruptly stopped running.

When I mouseover on the quality score icon (in the new interface) besides the Keywords I get this message:

"If your ad doesn't have a valid Destinational URL, we may be unable to show your ad."

But I havent changed the URL in days and all campaigns were working perfectly until few hours. I have checked my site and it works fine too.

Is this an Adwords Issue. Does Someone has this issue.

This isssue is losing me lots of business.

Can someone help!

have you tried starting a new ad? removing and replacing the url? it could be error on their part or your site may have been down when they were checking?

One of our accounts experienced a similar problem yesterday, but only one account, and only after we modified some new ads - not out of the blue. If you have a rep, they should be able to get it straightened for you quickly. If not, you probably ought to resubmit it through the ui and then call adwords support as well.

Thanks all.

The problem now is resolved and my ads are running again. But I did not do anything, it got fixed by itself.

Not sure why that happend. I was worried as I get most of my traffic from adwords.

Cheers

Adwords probably hit your site during maintenance or a flukey brief outage. They usually try again and reinstate if everything's ok.

The same situation happened to me. Within 12 hours it fixed itself. Just maybe you want to know you're not alone.

Take care.
