Hello,
I have submitted a couple of our clients sites last September, none of them have been added yet, I was wondering should I resubmit?

Look at the bottom of the category there is usually an editors name listed - email him/her - if no listing they ask for an editor - so apply

But many submitters says that they don't get any reply. Many are not active like before what do you say?

If you submitted couple of your clients website then leave this part, go for another aspect of seo do link building with relevant website write a quality content on your website. Now days directory submission is not very worthy for SERPs........

Even the open directory?? I understand this is the case for smaller directories but I though DMOZ was a must?

Dmoz is a must and it’s a push for your ordinary directories submission efforts. You can have a read http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/showthread.php?t=1198
