Hi,

I was just curious that having a Logo/Banner inbound link from any external website will have the same effect on ranking as having the text inbound link? I know that with text link we have the option of using keywords in the anchor text but how about the keywords in logo alt attribute?

If you add an alt tag with the text it will help... given we don't know the extent each is weighed - it will pass something and if you are doing this for a reason is as good as it gets
