Hello,
i am looking for a tool that could assist me optimizing my pages, for instance looking at keyword density etc.
I see ads every where (affiliate i think) for a software called IBP 10 (ibusinesspromoter.com/optimize/top-10-rankings.htm ) that claim being able to provide a top 10 ranking.
Of course it looks just too good to be true, does any one know this software and what does it do, the explaination on their site is rather vague. Is their an automated submission tool??
Many thanks
No one can guarantee top 10 rankings.

Keyword density: seobench.com/keyword-density-analyzer
I use seocompany.ca/tool/seo-tools.html to look for these types of tools.
I don't own or operate either of these sites.

I've been using this on and off for a while. The pros are that is provides information on a range of factors to consider. But there are quite a few cons:
1. A recent update "seems" to have put a lot more weight on external factors and the tools for addressing those are quite poor. It doesn't give any information on how it weights the various factors.
2. The tool is in essence very simple. It has a range of factors it considers to be important. For each there must be a calculation they've come up with. When advising, it simply caclulates each factor value for the top 10 pages listed on Google for the keyword and compares your results to theirs. If you fall within the ranage of those 10 pages then it says ok, otherwise not ok. There's no advice on whether the results from the top 10 pages are in fact any good themselves.
3. It can only optimse for one keyword per page. That's fine in theory, but in practice we would usually have a few keywords per page.
4. The Link Building tool is simply appalling! You can only specify single generic search words (not your real keywords) so the list of sites it thinks you could link on almost always bear no relation at all to your market, unless you're optimising for some really generic term.
On balance, is it worth the money? That's for you to decide. It certainly helps in some respects but a good portion of it is just fluff. Use it as an aid, but you should do "due diligence" on the results. The "guarantee" is a clever marketing gimmick and should be taken with a pinch of salt!
