Well,
My boss just signed my up to go to susan sweeney's internet marketing bootcamp, and I have never even heard of her.
I visited her website, and it was done in frontpage and she was using meta tags people used back in the early 2000's for SEO.
Curious to see if anyone knows who she is, and if I will learn anything from her.

Can't say that I'm overly impressed by the agenda, much does seem very outdated. Award programs? Web rings?
If you're looking for more SEO-oriented programs you might want to look into those run by Jim Boykin (http://www.webuildpages.com), Bruce Clay (http://www.bruceclay.com), Jill Whalen (http://www.highrankings.com) and other working SEOs.
Yep, jimbeetle is correct! I'm not impressed either, materials seem way out of date. I'd check out SES Chicago http://www.searchenginestrategies.com/chicago/

Yeah, I thought it seemed very dated.
I work as an in-house SEO for a small to midsized property management company, and this is the workshop that best western recommended at their convention down in Hawaii they are having right now, if that explains anything. It seems like it is geared towards people that don't have a background in SEO or SEM.
Im going to try and convince my boss to send me to PubCon again though...I know I'll at least learn something there :)
