Site are gone from google index like a nightmare

I have 20 domain which are gone from a google index in one night. I have tried to look into problems how I am panelised but had not any answers So please anyone of you are having same problem then let me know.

Here are few snaps:

1. sites gone are HTML sites.
2. Some of them are new fresh sites many of them are 8 month older sites.
3. Few of them sharing same IP. 5 of them are on dedicated server
4. Sites are having same HTML structure but content are different in each site. Also many of them are same topic site with unique content.

Few common factor I found:

1. I created site with plesk one subdomain opened which was duplicating whole site.

I dont think logically this can be issue as for duplicate content no penalty is there now a days. Also how G can find that subdomain when it does not have any external link pointing to it (Only way is reverse IP check)

2. My sites are opening with its IP address

Can be issue if sharing IP is there and one site opens up with that IP. If so then what about sites having dedicated servers

3. Adsence penalty as my account is closed as I was using ads in Iframes so it can create problem

So please guide me ahead all basic level checks for SEO are done with site.
