Google's keyword ROI and tracking program is now cross network available... I don't use it so do not really know that much about it - though could play with it I suppose.
But I was told they are about to offer it for tracking all other search engines - why Overrture and crew are not screaming about this I don't know... though I seem to recall Overture already has this...
