Google Local reviews removed

Hi,

We just got a listing in Google Local and sent out an email to our clients asking them to go to Google Local and write reviews about their experiences with us. 3 of our satisfied clients wrote some nice reviews. Now, just after a month the reviews are gone from our listing. On the Reviews tab it states that there are 3 reviews but when I go to the tab there are no reviews just a link to be the first one to write a review.

Any ideas why our reviews could have been removed? Did Google think they were spam??

Did that email travel through Gmail at any point?

No, I did not use gmail and did not send it to a gmail recipient. I do not know if the 3 clients who wrote reviews used gamil or not.

Was your listing via Google Local Business Center?

Yes it is listed in the Local Business Center.
