friend i have website related to some product i have used google analytic to track my site .i am getting information about visit and all thing but i am not coming to know what conversion is taking place .

you need to add the conversion action to the analytics

Go to the section that says "goals" - It will walk you through a "wizard" to set up the conversion tracking. You track your "thank you" page.

If you have AdWords you should be able to see conversions through there.
