How to remove a cached file from Yahoo

I added some code to a website to write some details to a text file. I forgot to put a robots.txt in the root folder.

I have now removed the file but Yahoo has cached it.

How do I get Yahoo to remove this file from its cache?

Heres the answer I was looking for:

Create a yahoo account.
go to https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com
explore your site
authenticate your site (basically drop a file in the root of the site)
Then locate the path you want removing and click delete.

Should be gone in a few hours.
