I have recently stumbled across a website that say they know how to get google ads for free, is this possible? The link to the website is below.

those are bogus.... and dropping links to them is against t&c here

Hi, there,
Getting "free" Google ads is actually possible if you are working with a Google Qualified Individual. Google gives those people a set number of promotional credits to apply to new accounts. The kicker is that the "new account" has to be new within the last 2 weeks, and the credit is a one-time $100.
I run ads offering a "limited offer" but it's not just "free" all around. There are restrictions.
