I need your views on when does google updates its search engine results. I am little confused in monitoring rankings for my sites targeted keywords. Everytime i check, i am noticing fluctuations.

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking why your ad positions vary every time you check (either by searching, or by looking at the Adwords interface data). This is normal. It's a dynamic marketplace, and ad positions vary based on competitors, the exact phrase searched, individual searcher history / personalized results, your CPC bid, etc. It is rare to have your ad always appear in the same position. Best to look at trends and averages over time.

Always read the info in your adwords account... it has to be the starting point but then watch them... over time they tell you what happened... use the tools and know time of day of conversion, organic or paid results, what ad and what keyword... it is the start of the journey.... from there you extropolate and start adding measurement
