Maintaing SERP ranking

I am all ready on first page rank with some of keywords of some pages. But i want to optimize new keywords for some other pages so can any body suggest me what should i do to maintain old ranking of those pages and get high rank for new pages.

Hey thanks for the suggestion and for link building i had all ready done Article posting, Directory submission and blog postings. and that is why i want to know what else i have to do to rank in Google for another keywords.

I can not submit site again to directories so i need another way to get links. I also do not like reciprocal links.

Please suggest me some other ways to get good SERP.

Yes I all ready put some fresh new content in my website. And that is why I like to know what can be the repeatable steps I need to take for optimizing other web pages.

Please suggest me some steps which I can apply repetitively.
