Hello, Forum members

I am looking for SEO assistance; I am working on below two sites since long:
hiflagstaff.com and
fairfieldinnflagstaff.com

Both of these sites has Google PR 4 and were ranking well in past on all search engine including Google, Yahoo & MSN but since last few months Google ranking is not up to mark however sites are still ranking well on Yahoo & MSN.

I am doing all possible efforts to regain the top ranking on Google on targeted keywords (which are exact relevant with these site content) but not getting desired success..

Can anyone give me there expert SEO suggestions in this regard?

Thanks in advance.

Do you have a local address on the site... even in the footer of the home page?

have you looked at what inbound links the other sites have? when did you first notice this? maybe some of your inbound links have been discounted

Yes i have checked inbound links of other sites. we also getting some of the same inbounds link swhich other sites got.

We are targetting following keywords
flagstaff az hotel
flagstaff arizona hotel
flagstaff az lodging
flagstaff az accommodation

and the other variations of above keywords

How about content updates? Are you changing your content or adding new/updated value to your web site periodically? If a site never changes, it's more likely to start taking a nose dive as the SE's start assuming nobody's maintaining the site anymore. This doesn't mean you have to completely revamp your site design/content every couple months, but adding new content or updating old content can definitely help. You must have done something right initially to get your PR up, now it's just a matter of keeping up your momentum.

Well, updation of content regulary is not possible, we have other sites also whose content is not updated but they getting on major keywords.

Looks like your competition is doing it better than you are.

For example, "flagstaff az hotel", your competitors are targetting those exact keywords such as this guy:

"hotel-guides.us/ arizona/ flagstaff-az-hotels.html"

You need to optimise and get links for the keywords you are targetting.
