I have a website According to the yellow pages(like). But the website made in .aspx. and i want to promote that. I have an idea in that. I replace a url like: .aspx? to .html pages. measn site works on .aspx but the url shown in .html .
it is right to promote the way to .aspx website? if i do this then google crawl this.

You can do that, but it's pretty unnecessary. Google holds no favors for file types. If you're going to do any URL replacements, focus more on the URL path & filename and be sure to include some solid keywords. Recognizable words will help your SEO more than random GUIDS or technobabble filenames.
I can see rewriting URLs to html from a strategy perspective but aspx renders in html so from the engine perspective there is little difference.
