Recommendations of SEM Providers?

We are a small business and looking for a professional firm to take over our PPC. We have done it ourselves for years, but have not kept up to date and are busy running our business.

As we are small - we want to make sure we hire a company that pays attention to us, is good! and reasonable in price.

You might want to reevaluate your criteria. If you have done PPC already, then you're probably familiar with what's involved. You're in a better position assess where you are, where you want to be, and find companies that actually manage PPC. Some PPC companies will tie performance metrics (leads, commission, etc.), others charge extra on per click, and others are flat rate management. Then there are companies that put you into their own system instead of managing your own PPC. That probably is not what you are looking for - so just be aware.
