Urgent need of your help guys. What the hell happened to my site on Google!

So one of my sites used to be #1 and #2 on Google for specific keywords. and was uptil last week. All of a sudden, it is not even coming up using keywords. It is indexed though, so I know it is not banned. My domain name expired and I renewed it. Does that affect it? Is google going through some changes that has affected millions of sites and they are not telling us. This is very bad! The funny thing on all other search engines like msn and yahoo. I am number #2 or on maximum the second page.


Any professional advice would be appreciated.
