Hi, i'm new to these forums so be kind.

I've been working as an in-house sem now for a while and due to business changes of directions my commission structure via cpc advertising has changed.

I need a new commission structure. what kind of commission levels do you use at your job?

Currently the cpc is based upon keeping to a set cpa amount whilst maximising amounts of conversions (registered members on the sites)and seeing how much revenue they earn us when they are on the site. As long as the cpa is ok, there are no limits to spending per month.
I used to get a % of the monthly revenue earn't via these members but I can't do this anymore.

no commission and more basic is not an option either

ideas per cpc? or seo in general? projects?

Interesting. I don't get commission in my current job, but it is a very good idea and something that I have thought about before.

I do get targets every quarter, to do with traffic and specific things I need to do to certain sites (SEO, email marketing, etc.)

If you are doing PPC, then you could look at lowering CPC?

I was drawn into this because it was titled "Commissions for SEO".

This ain't SEO - it's PPC. I feel cheated. I am jaded and jilted now.

...

but interesting question nonetheless.
