Any idea about this… Url listed in different mode in MSN

I came across with a new problem while I was working for a new site in SEO. With a particular keywords all other search engine my client site is listed in correct way but in MSN my site is listed wrong style there is no www. Y it happened like this? Any idea about on this? Please help me ASAP….

Do you mean this in the SERP's

but your client has this -
site title
site description site description site description site description
site description site description site description site description
Site url

I cant see that being a problem unless thier sites url in the address bar is www. in which case you need to redirect the non and www. version together to solve it.

Does the site resolve for both www and non-www? If so, do a 301 redirect from one to the one you want to use, and try to make sure all links point to example.com/ or www.example.com/ and not index.html
