web-based client reporting engine

Dear members,
I want to prepare web based client reporting engine which performs the following tasks

1. Lets clients login to secure site, where they can retrieve their marketing reports.
2. View and Download all previous/current reports.
3. View select Google Analytics data (via API)
4. View select Google and Yahoo PPC data (via API)
5. Allows Blueliner PMs to create custom notes (like basecamp - perhaps API FROM basecamp messages) about campaigns.
6. View SEO Reports - current and historical (API?)

Can any one help me on this, it is possible and what all i can achieve from the above list of 6 tasks.

The Google API is in AJAX now. It could be done but you would be better off getting an analytics company to streamline... would be a lot of work but could be a big seller... I would sign up for it if it was not too expensive
