Organic and PPC conversion tracking

Can anyone recommend something for tracking both organic and PPC conversion, I'd prefer to buy a PHP or Perl solution rather than pay a monthly fee for a hosted solution.

There are many solutions.

Urchin, WebTrends, ClickTracks, and so on.

Urchin and WebTrends have hosted solutions, not sure about clicktracks.

AWStats is a popular free one, but it is very limited.

Thanks ... I have been using AWStats for a while, I was hoping maybe there was a plugin yohelp track conversions but couldn't find anything ...

It reviews the campaign tracking module mostly, an add on that cost a lot but very very informative.

Clicktracks has been good to me... They do have a hosted solution.
