Now I am facing a major issue. When I am searching a keyword on google.com that keyword listed 8th position of google SERP page, but my client, he is from USA, he also find same keyword in google.com he can’t see this keyword , that mean google.com has displayed different result .. I am totally confused about this matter how this can occur??
Let me know if have any suggestion about above subject ……………

This is fairly common especially for new pages or recently changed pages. Even if you are using the same Google IP address, chances are you and your client are seeing results from different data centers. It was possible to monitor results by individual data centers at one time but, today it is nearly impossible because of Google's highly sophisticated methods used for load balancing. Also worth mentioning that "Web History" and/or other factors can impact you and your client's search results. If this is a new page or a recent change, I'd give it a few days and see what happens.
Either way, best of luck to you and welcome to SearchEngineWatch!

well that happen to me also. and another thing, i observe that google displays different order of ranking sites for a specific keyword when you are checking 10 results per page or 100 per page.

Google has many domains like google.com, google.co.in, google.com.au, google.ca, etc. and all SERPs are different, based on geographical location. It also slightly differs from data centre to data centre.
Now a days, Google is making couples of updates and that can also be 1 reason to may see changes frequently.

Rankings are always fluctuating from time to time. It probably wouldn't make sense if this was happening in real time though. I have heard about searches being geo targeted and personalized serach affects it too. So if you are logged into google or yahoo, you might get different results.

I have seen this happen to me when one person is searching from one part of london (inner london) and someone is searching from 30 miles outside london, searching for the same term, on the .co.uk site, we got different results, and we did clear our cache and try a different browser.
I also think its google datacenter.

very common issue - use a "Multiple Data Center Google Search Tool" to show your client the variances in rankings amongst the different data centers around the world.
