Are Google adsense and Yahoo/MS Live respectively only US only ?

AdSense is available in a number of countries and if not mistaken I think Google pays in 40+ currencies.

It is global in the sense that it will send ads in about 20 languages if that is what is on the page and it is really about the language availability... if you have a site in English they pay for any click from all countries - at least as far as I know (might be some filtered)

Forgive me for the questions from this sort, im pretty new so learning is my passion. Also as fair as I've read you can mix both AdSense with other non-texte ads right ? And is there any chance on google not allowing me to have ads(ofcourse according to the rules).

Banner advertising is fine... the just don't like other content text ads
