I think it's important to get the word out about search engine optimization. SEO is more ethical and less obtrusive than many other online marketing methods. In comparison to many other marketing tactics, SEO is appropriate and not spammy, and it uses sites in a positive way. With time, people get a lot smarter about SEO.

Craig of Craigslist seems like a cool guy. LOL

I heard Craig speak at PubCon and I was impressed with his ability to see his business at the most basic level - he said he spends something like 2/3 of his time answering customer service inquiries. What a great way for a CEO/Leader to understand the basics of what is happening in the trenches.
