Can you give me the name of travel related website where i can put our Banner and they work on CPA deals not on CPM deals.

I would see if you can get that through adsense... they have a ppa offering so n=must need advertisers offering things too

Commission Junction allows you to set your own terms to pay publishers (flat fee, commission, sale, lead, etc.). They do require you 'pre-pay' an account which can deliver a big hit to your budget though.
