Hello there,
I have submitted my site to yahoo 4-5 times from last 1 month.
I have some problems from the starting, but at that i thought it will be solved by the search engines itself but it is still unsolved. Hence i am writing to you.
Actually as per my knowledge we have to write only http://www.sitename.com while submitting to search engines and i have done the same. as per my knowledge search engines automatically finds home page of the site and index the site through links it finds in the home page. but after i submit the site many times and it is still showing only the full URL i.e. http://www.sitename.com when i type http://www.sitename.com in search engines like yahoo, google etc. but it is not showing another pages of the site and also while i searched through specific keywords it is still showing my site's name i.e. http://www.sitename.com only, while it should display another pages also as it is more optimzed for that words. while i am searching for that particular keywords in yahoo, google it is showing that particular pages of the site which is more weighted for that particular words and also showing its site name i.e. http://www.sitename.com but after that page link. So i thinks that my all efforts becomes null if search engines cant find other pages of my site which is more optimized & weighted than the home page for that particular search word.
I am sure and very much hopeful that you will help me for this trouble. I am not finding any way to come out from this problem. I already searched many sites for this problem but not got the correct answer. I am seriously looking for yours kind-consideration to this matter and your help. I will be thankful to you zillion times if you will help me.
