Is there a problem getting backlinks for dynamically generated Sites?

I'm working on a site with all dynamically generated pages and Google indexes it ok but I'm not getting backlinks. This could have many causes but I need to know if there is a problem with detecting sites that use backlinks like mydomain.com/index.php?page=zorkwidgets.

Does anyone know the answer to this?

Plenty of pages with "index.php?page=" in their URL are indexed and have backlinks.

Think that is your best bet!

The "question mark symbol" can cause problems for spiders but that is the only issue I can think of based on your example.:)
