I have a real question about blogspam

I have a website not a blog, I have given my website to one of my friend to do seo on that website, initially i received good amount of traffic from google and other search engines suddenly for the past few days my traffic gone down, Im myself know little bit about seo want to know the fact and i found one site called bad-neighborhood .com when i checked the bad neighborhood text link tool checker i found my website is indicated by an icon called Blogspam i just hover over that,

it says " that the page exist on has a high occurence of links that appeared to be from blogs as with many cases with forums or other blogs " I also checked other links thats all perfect, whoever i have linked with are really good link partners but my site only has BLOGSPAM ICON on it.

i scolded my friend instead of building links he used cheap techniques to popularize my website in forums.anyway whatever happenned is happenned i cant do much about my friend if i have given this to a seo company i can sue them but not at my friend, SEO GURUS here please advice me how to make my website back to good stand in the eyes of google and other search engines.

Delete any outgoing links on your site to bad neighbourhoods.(so you arent reciprocating theirs)

Check if you are still indexed in google by typing

site:www.mydomain.com in google

also try your main domain in there on its own.

Then post back

I have given to some reciprocal directories, I will remove all the links from my resources linking pages.

do you know how many days it will take to reinstate my site back to normal and appear in google and other major searchengines search results.

i checked my site in google. site:domainname.com , it is showing results, two to three visitors came from google but the traffic got decreased by 95% i dont know exactly the reason.

Well you need to look into it much deeper then.....
its not possible to remotely diagnose without much more information.
Like for example. Put your website URL in your signature so that we can see what may be wrong

Blog Spam is the term most used to refer to promotional links to blogs, or articles on a blog, on websites like Wikipedia, in blog comments or any other website which allows user generated content....

Some of the "blogspam" this tool is picking up is Google. Now ask yourself does Google blogspam?:)

I wouldn't put much faith in this tool!

What analytics are you using? What changes have you made to your site in the past 30 days?
