I don't know what you are asking here? Are you asking someone to give you numbers on these terms?

try keyword research tools. Overture (inventory.overture.com) or Wordtracker. Or Keyword Discovery - and the plethora of other tools.

AdWords search query report for the ad groups that contain those keywords. Or get some analytics that provide typed keywords. Or parse your log files.

Now long tail terms associated with mailing list would be

Generate Mailing Lists
Mailing List Info
Mailing List Information
Mailing List News
Find Mailing Lists
Make Mailing Lists
Buy Mailing Lists
Sell Mailing Lists
.....

So really you have to decide what your qualifiers are

buy, sell, make, find, generate....and then add them to your main term. Also if you are trying to get the most out of the long tail I'd make sure your main keywords are on Exact match, so that way the term "Mailing Lists" won't steal the impressions of "Buy Mailing Lists"....

I would also include the list names ... financial services mailing list etc... what are the top 20 categories use them too
