Hi Folks,

I'm a greenhorn in the website business. I only have three sites under my belt.

I am working on the fourth now. The last site I made took what seemed like forever to start showing in the SERPS.

The person I'm making this new site for wants to get results ASAP.

Do you think it's a good idea to go the Overture/Yahoo pay-per-click route when the site is launched?

How much will it cost per click?

thanks,
neckbone

I feel that its a good idea to do PPC right away and forever, as long as you see a positive ROI.

How much will it cost per click?
That depends on the keyword and what people are bidding for those keywords. Start an account, and put some play money in to get your fingers wet.

thanks, Rusty

You're certainly on top of my posta today.

Got any idea what the spread would be for a low-level keyword?

$10 to $100 per day?

$5 to $20 per day?

Just a rough estimate would be cool.

thanks

You can set up a budget for $5 or $100 or more per day. Good thing about PPC, is that you can control a large portion of it.
