Doesn't anyone have contact info for the Directory Managment at Yahoo?

Over the past four weeks they're customer service/billing has been absolutely unbeleivable.

After loosing part of my account they keep asking the same set of questions to try and resolve the fact that they lost part of my account. Meaning, there has been no account to update when you click on it, but a blank page. Then after claiming to resolve it (after 'refinding' the account - where I can update cc info) I find out that their form for updating the cc doesn't even work. (expiration date doesn't update).

I'm coming up with a long list of emails to billing and support at Yahoo. Continuing to send me warning emails while ignoring the problem.

My latest email requested to be in contact with a department Manager, which the support person actually erased from the record of emails. With the tone of charging my cc on file anyway.

I have tried calling their headquarters beign put on hold approx 2 hrs while I've explained the situation more than seven times -- each person transferring me to someone who is supposed to resolve this but they just keep passing it on.
This is their Sunnyvale office at (408) 349-3300

I can relate to this problem every time I do a renewal of a client's web site. It's somewhat a simple procedure that could get complicated especially if I can't recall which Yahoo! account I used to register (or if I forgot that account's password). Even providing the Order ID won't seem to help much.

A lot of people have been saying that Yahoo! Directory is way expensive for its actual worth, maybe there are better ways for us to promote our site with US$299 in hand.

This is after I log on to my account -- it was actually lost.

It seems they don't even debug their update forms, new dates don't take effect. As they continue to send warning emails that threaten cancellation.

That, other things I've left out, and deleting my request for contact with a Manager which is just dishonest (obviously deleting that part of the sentence).

Is this all worth it? They need to wake up and get with it.
