Spanish Language PPC

I need to push more into the Spanish market and need a list of Spanish PPC engines.
Also does anyone know who deals with Yahoo Mexico (not Overture) and the other Spanish language countries on Yahoo that do not use Overture for their listings.
Also MSN for Spanish speaking companies - again minus what Overture reaches now (which is not much at all).
Come one guys help out here.

In Spain the only engines that have been able to bring me some volume are Google, Overture an Espotting. Adwords the one that has worked better by far. With Overture I have been a bit disapointed in terms of volume (used to work with Overture in the UK) and Espotting has delivered poor ROI (although I was working in a very especific market, maybe in others they do better).

Depends on what you need I would take another approach to get big advertising volumes in Spain. PM me if you want to discuss it further.

I also have had poor results from espotting.
