No Beu, not yet. The 9th Nov is the release date for the iphones in the UK. From what I hear, O2 have exclussive rights to sell the phone.
I have friends who bought the phone in the US and they were locked to AT&T (I think thats right) but got them unlocked in the UK for something like £30. Thats still a huge saving considering they are selling for £400/$800 on ebay here.
I done some digging so for any UK users who are looking at this thread, check out <borderlinx>. Failing that, if we ask Beu nicely, maybe he will help us out :)

I don't mind helping but I'm not sure I can help in this case!
Just so you know, I called my friend at one of the Apple Stores here and he said that the problem with shipping iPhones to the UK is the high risk of then being confiscated by US/HM Customs. He said that airline security is on the lookout for all electronics devices, especially cell phones and that because iPhones are obvious on x-ray most of them get "confiscated". He said that when you ship from the US to the UK there is no way to be sure that what you are shipping doesn't end up on a commercial airliner. He said the best bet wast to ship by sea or to take it out of the box, ship the box but take the iPhone with you on a flight to the UK as if it were your phone. Sounds shady but that is what he said.
Sounds like you need someone who travels to the US often on business?
Here in the US you can't even buy Frontline Plus and have it "shipped by air" due to security.
