Question Quickie: Concerning Keywords vs. Keyword Phrases

I'm curious to know: Is it more profitable to use keyword phrases or just words?

I guess a healthy mix of both is good, but if you were to get down to the nitty gritty...?

I think there's nothing goes wrong when you use both at least the keywords that you are targeting is there..

There's nothing wrong in using keyword phrases and plain keywords as long as the target term is included... BTW if you will use keyword phrases, keep it to a minimum amount of words (not greater than 4 words is good)
