Whats the best seo software out there

Hello, what's the best seo software out there what do you use I am talking software that can submit to the main SE's handle meta tags, keyword and other related to SEO. I want to get a software that will handle all my web sites and help me promote them. What do most SEO people use? I like IBP but a bit pricey for me yet.
