Software program for a google and yahoo sitemap

I know there are websites that will make site maps of around 200 links (pages), I would love to know if there are any software programs that can make google and yahoo site maps but not just so many links I want one that will do a full website.

Does anyone know of any good ones?

I like http://www.xml-sitemaps.com the best! The free version will do 500 links in several formats including xml, txt, html and others but, the "paid version" will map your entire site.
