My site is a travel agency site. Will BLOGS (creating a blog site) or RSS FEED be useful to increase targetted traffic to such sites?

For what type of site/business, RSS will be very useful?

All suggestions are welcome.

A blog on your site may increase traffic and so may an RSS feed. RSS feeds are useful for any site, just be sure to auto-discover the feed in the HEAD of your HTML!

Well, blogs and RSS feed are always an effective way to increase traffic to your site no matter which type of site you have...

You can promote your site through creating a blog and frequently posting to it and also submit your rss feed to RSS submission site and sure you will see a heavy traffic on your site soon...

Also, it's best to use full text RSS feeds and not partial text feeds.

Is there a step by step instruction how you can convert an RSS feeds into a blogger site? Is it just a case of putting an extension on the address?

Been a mystery for a while and holding things up.

A number of blogs create RSS on their own. In most cases there is a link to the feed near the bottom of the page but the location is just a default in some cases. Changing the extension will not produce an RSS feed due to the fact an RSS feed is XML. Most blogs are html or xhtml.

Hi... what is the difference of url submission in rss feed submission?

RSS is a feed in xml and most RSS feed sites don't allow URL submissions. When people mention URL submissions they are normally talking about site or page submissions. In most cases a "feed" is a list of site URLs or page URLs with perhaps some basic information about those pages but in xml and not html.

hope that helps:)
