I've not heard of this company, so I can not comment on their services.
However, in my honest opinion, it's hard to understand the existance of these companies and accept for my own websites a service (whatever the name it's called) that has thousands of links ready to be placed to my website when they don't even know what this website is about. I believe in more traditional link building techniques that will seek value in future link popularity algorithms for gaining high search engine rankings.
