How can we know how profitable our campaigns?

With all of us marketers (newbie through pros) clicking on each others' adwords ads all the time, how can we know how profitable our campaigns really are when we setup adword campaigns for our sites?

Are aware of how many of our paid clicks are from targeted visitors looking for our product vs clicks from other marketers spying, researching and testing in our markets?

Me too, I don't think it's possible for us to monitor those clicks. That's why some just pay for text link ads in some site that has high traffic. The payment is monthly basis no matter how many clicks you have on that links. You just need to be sure that the site was related and traffic that you will get is from your targeted customer.

But I think it would be better if your traffic is organic because you don't need to pay. All you have to do is optimized your site well to rank on top of SERP.

I do not think you can track it. You can use one campaign at time to find out what campaign works for you.
