Loosing Ranking

One of my client's site is loosing its positions all the time in respective keywords.

4 days back that site was on 2nd positions and as of now its in 4th position same thing we are looking in other keywords too.

SECONDLY why www2.google.com and www3.google.com isn't working now?

Any experience?

Many people are reporting a drop in rankings the night of Sept 22nd - Sept 23rd. Check out a thread at WebmasterWold at http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum3/25938.htm - lots of people with your issue.

Also, Google shut down our ability to look at www2 and www3 September 3rd.
