WebPosition Alternative

We've been using WebPosition for years, but are now unable to use it on Vista machines. They will not provide any information related to this issue, just "it was not designed for Vista". As a result we are looking for an alternative that provides similar services: submitter, reporter, critic. I'd appreciate hearing your experience with similar software, scripts or web based services.

I believe that agent web ranking has an ASP model ... something you might want to look at
